QQ Club :
QQ Club is located within the podium arcade of City Garden with approximately over 40,000 sq. ft. ISF has been appointed as the Project and Operation Manager of the property. Established in January 2006, QQ Club is the first integrated educational centre for children aged 1 to 12. The learning centre has partnered with more than 30 quality educational service providers, offers over 100 inspiring and learning programs for children from pre-school to age 12. The flagship location is facilitated with children’s book club, nursery playground, café corner, and multi-function room. The Club also has infra-red thermometer and Swiss-made air ventilation & purifying system installed to ensure a healthy and eco-friendly environment for children.

gi Mall :
Located at the heart of Granville Road, this 4-storey arcade has a total GFA of approximately 20,000 sq. ft. ISF has been appointed as the overall Project and Asset Manager to turn and operate the arcade into a department store-style mall under the brand “gi”, which stands for “Grandville Identity”. Opened in Jan 2007, GI has become a landmark in Tsim Sha Tsui and one of the highest profile malls in Hong Kong. Known for its innovations and reputation as a fun shopping experience, GI was also the recipient of the TouchBrand in 2007 and 2008.

South Bay Palace (Tower 1) :
The Property is located at 25 South Bay Close branching off Repulse Bay Road in the prestigious Repulse Bay Area. South Bay Palace Tower 1 is 7-storeys high built over car parking podium and recreational facilities. There are 20 units in which one is a duplex. Total GFA is approx. 44,000 sq ft.. ISF was retained for Project Management and Property Advisory services with the mission to improve it and achieve the maximum profit for the investor.

As a result, renowned interior designer Kenneth Ko was invited to redesign all the units with 20 individual tasteful designs with full renovation and furnishings. Miele Kitchen which was first launched into Hong Kong was adopted to compliment the lifestyle living.

The property was fully sold shortly after launch in December 2006.

The property is a 23-storey commercial building located at the heart of Macau. It has a total GFA of 404,046 sq. ft. ISF has been appointed as the Asset Manager for the leasing and maintenance of the building. ISF successfully maximizes its value by carefully select reputable tenants for the 16 Floors of Grade A office space as well as over 82,000 sq. ft. of retail space in order to create a vibrant tenant mix. The property was successfully sold at a record price in September 2008.
