Mr. David T H Leung has over 28 years of experience in property development and investment. Mr. Leung holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom. Mr. Leung also has extensive experience in distressed asset management and corporate finance. He was the Managing Director of a publicly listed company in Hong Kong for almost 10 years.
Mr. Chu Kai
Mr. Chu Kai is a member of HK Institute of Real Estate Administration and Licentiate Member of the Institute of Building of England. He has extensive experience in the building and development projects in both HK and China. Before he rejoined Ryoden Property Development Co., Ltd. as Manager (PRC) in 1992, he worked for Cheung Kong (Holdings) Limited as Assistant Project Manager.

Mr Paul Chong is a veteran in providing strategic planning and advice to companies throughout South East Asia through his small and dynamic consultancy firm, Tomakomai Ltd, he headed in the past 20 years. His area of expertise lies mainly in brands and new business development, strategic business direction, management and operation planning. His extensive working and consultancy experience includes but not limited to world renowned brands of high fashion, luxury goods, international sports brands, children’s wear, lifestyle products, franchise & concept stores.
Ms. Michelle M. K. Lai
Ms. Michelle M.K. Lai holds a Bachelor Degree in business with major studies in marketing from the University of Brigham Young in the United States. Ms. Lai has over 15 years of experience in marketing and was a general manager of a marketing consultant firm for over 10 years.
Mr. Edward C. L. Law
Mr. Edward C. L. Law was formerly with Investment Department of JLW. Mr. Law holds a degree in hotel management from the University of Hawaii and has acquired over 14 years of experience in property services and hotel management. Besides Hong Kong, Mr. Law is presently actively engaged in real estate business in Macau.
Ms. Renus P. H. Cheung
Ms. Renus P.H. Cheung holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Studies from the City University of Hong Kong. Prior to joining ISF in 2004, Ms. Cheung worked in a publicly listed company for almost 10 years, where she had taken various senior managerial posts in the areas of corporate finance, corporate administration as well as real estate. Ms. Cheung has extensive experience in property acquisition and investment, strategic investment, equity/asset financing and project marketing.
Mr. Terence C. H. Lau
Mr. Terence C.H. Lau obtained his Science Degree with major studies in Computer Science at the University of NSW, Australia in 1983. Formerly with Richard Ellis, he has more than 15 years of real estate experience including on-site auction which greatly enhances the buying motivation and is becoming more popular in Hong Kong and China. He was the Chairman of Practice Committee of Society of Hong Kong Real Estate Agents Ltd.
Mr. William C. Leung
Mr. William C. Leung is a specialist in leasing, project and sales organization and promotion in property industry. He has more than 18 years experience and has successfully executed over 20 property projects in Hong Kong and China. He is a Director of ISF Property Adviser Ltd.
He has 10 years of experience in property sales in China such as Shanghai, Nanjing, Beijing and Jiangsu. He specialises in high-end residential and retail commercial properties in Hong Kong and was a founder of Sino Reality Ltd., one of the biggest real estate chains in Nanjing.
Mr. Patrick Yu
Mr. Patrick Yu is a specialist in marketing, advertising, sales promotion and event marketing in property industry. He has more than 20 years experience and has successfully launched over 250 property projects in Hong Kong and China. He is also a Managing Director of Infinity China Consultants Ltd and Cheer Advertising & Marketing Co. Ltd.
He is also the Chairman of Hong Kong Independent Advertising Association, Member of the Hong Kong Federation of Restaurants & Related Trades (HK FORT) and Honorable Consultant of the CEPA Business Opportunities Development Alliance.
