ISF was founded in 2004 as an integrated professional property services company, in which the core business is to maximize and reflect the true values of strategic real estate assets.
Since then, ISF has successfully taken on numerous projects in retail, commercial, luxury residential and integrated complexes segments. At first, ISF provided services in Project Management and Property Advisory. ISF then expanded its services to Operation Management and Marketing / Event Management and Property Agency Services soon after.
In 2006, ISF opened its first overseas office in Macau, and has taken a high profile project of a commercial tower, successfully breaking several property records within 18 months from its participation.
ISF has enjoyed over 300% yearly growth in terms of asset under management since its inception, and 2008 is no exception. In June 2008, ISF have teamed up with a top Hong Kong-based Property Management to form a 50-50% join venture to provide Facilities Management services.
In December 2008, ISF had injected its Retail Facilities Management arm into a listed company. Due to this transaction, ISF plan to undergo a restructuring of its retail property portfolio with its listed company partner.
Within 2009, ISF plans to expand further into the Mainland China market through its newly opened offices in Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou. ISF is also actively identifying opportunities in Hong Kong in view of the recent market development and is looking for additional locations to expand some of its retail subsidiaries due to the strong their growth of recurring operations.
